Throughout my schooling career, the only thing I was good at was anything sports related; so it only seemed right to continue what I know and love.
Currently studying my Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science to further expand what I know and what I do. As a Personal Trainer, I like the aspect of active recovery and mobility but thrive in strength and conditioning.

With an avid passion for both mental health and physical well-being, I couldn’t be happier about being able to combine the two into a fulfilling career as a personal trainer and health coach. My goal is to help as many people as I can to achieve overall well-being, with the hopes of being an approachable, knowledgeable, and fun trainer – achieving a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel like a chore! I am open to working with clients from any background as I want to help as many people as I can, but I do have a keen interest in hypertrophy and working with individuals who have self-confidence issues, body dysmorphia, or anxieties regarding the gym. If you’re keen to book in with me, or simply to find out what I offer, please send me an email, text, or give me a call!
Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and minoring in Education.

Working as a strength and conditioning coach for the last six years has allowed me to train hundreds of people from different backgrounds with various goals. I have also spent time interning with different sport teams including the Auckland Blues. I still like to train as often as possible and consistently strive to achieve new physical feats. My spare time is spent with family and friends, playing or watching sport, and enjoying too much food.
I specialize in athletic development, general physical preparation, and body composition. My goal is to help you perform better in your sport, prepare you for the physical demands of your life, and of course help you drop some kilos or pack muscle on.

I previously played elite level high school and representative basketball before enrolling into university. I now study sport and exercise science as a way to devote my life to increasing my and others athletic performance in all sporting endeavours. Last year, I had my first ever boxing match and now this year I am running the Auckland Marathon for mens mental health on October 29th.
In my professional career, I am focusing on helping athletes of all sporting background reach their athletic and performance goals. I specialise in areas of sprint and vertical jump development through building power and strength through exercises that directly translate into your sport.
As a Personal trainer, I like to build good habits to lay a foundation for reaching your long term results to help improve your overall health.
I grew up in the heart of West Auckland where I discovered my love for sport. I continued with basketball, eventually becoming a top NZ recruit for the emerging Junior Tall Blacks before heading to the USA after high school. I always struggled with “what” and “how” to eat like an athlete, and this led to weight management obstacles as I had to stay considerably lean and athletic through the competitive basketball season. It was over in the USA where I found a passion for training and was taught how to eat in order to fuel my body and drive performance, thus creating a pathway for the love and knowledge I developed towards training and nutrition.
With over 11 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, I have had the pleasure of working with professional athletes and sports teams to novice trainees of all ages ranging from high school kids to senior citizens. I integrate performance-based nutrition and training programs as I coach you towards your personal goals. My advice to anyone starting out or wanting to change their approach to fitness and nutrition is to stay consistent, trust yourself, be patient, and stick to a routine that is maintainable and allows you to live a positive and balanced lifestyle.
