I’ve been working in this industry for close to a decade now, with 15 years’ worth of training experience and a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. My pursuit to understand human anatomy, physiology, and coaching has been unrelenting, this is quite literally what I do almost every day of the year. This has enabled me to hone my skills and become a coach who works collaboratively with my clients to deliver programs that are adaptable and take into consideration the unique and ever-changing constraints of each individual. I like to take the role of a guide, as opposed to an authority figure when it comes to coaching. I find this allows my clients to be more involved in the decisions that are made regarding their training, keeping them more engaged and connected throughout the process. My goal is to be a coach who inspires and motivates his clients to have a healthy relationship with exercise and perform at their best.
